People. This is part of my Why. I love people, you fascinate me, frustrate me and offer me incredible opportunities to understand myself more and more. 

We live in a world that is driven by people but obsessed with the material. We seem to forget that business happens for people, by people and because of people, not products. 

When we shift our focus from what the result is and start to look at the process, we begin to understand the true assets of the business. People are our greatest assets. 

Our happy clients our best marketers, our most unhappiest the most powerful. Our collaborators invaluable to the process and our believers our biggest supporters. Without people there really won't be the reason behind any form of our business. Without people there really wouldn't be any point. 

For people, by people, and because of people. When we see the faces behind the sale, the faces behind the process and faces behind the product, we get a sense of the real reason for business and the real reason we create what we do.
